Benjamin Britten’s opera «A Midsummer Night’s Dream» directed by Claudia Solti at the Concert Hall of the Mariinsky Theatre was named best opera production. Speaking at the ceremony, this show is the «air in the repertory» not only because, that most of the action takes place in the air, but the ease and elegance of director’s decision. Recognition of the St. Petersburg theater community for the better that work in concert hall was for Claudia Solti directorial debut on the opera stage.
Olga Trifonova was named the winner for the role of Titania in this play «Golden Soffit» in the category «Best opera singer».
