Music of Russia & nbsp; is an electronic publication about classical music.

The portal was founded at the end of 2011 and in a short time has gained a large number of regular readers. Our difference and one of the main advantages is that the site has an English version, which allows us to significantly expand the audience and stand on a par with the largest international publications. We publish interesting materials for foreign readers from the musical life of Russia, as well as bring you the most interesting articles and essays of the foreign press.

The style of the portal – the widest possible geography of readers, coverage of musical events of different genres, announcements, articles, reviews, exclusive interviews, cooperation with leading creative organizations, openness, and democracy. We try to give only the latest information, publishing not only the capital news but also regional news.

The portal «Music of Russia» cooperates with many major creative organizations of the country, such as the Bolshoi Theater, the Mariinsky Theater, the Perm Opera and Ballet Theater, the Tatar Opera and Ballet Theater named after M. Jalil, the Moscow Philharmonic, the Perm Philharmonic, the Sverdlovsk Philharmonic, the Union of Composers of Russia and its regional branches, etc.

The portal publishes exclusive interviews with famous Russian and foreign performers and conductors, such as Mikhail Pletnev, Valery Gergiev, Yuri Bashmet, Cecilia Bartoli, Boris Berezovsky, Nikolai Lugansky. The pride of the publication is a unique interview with A. B. Rachmaninoff-Konus, the grandson of the great composer.
